Eurohypo opened a representative office in Romania
in November 2006

Eurohypo opened its representative office in Romania last November and this will handle the business for both Romania and Bulgaria.

Eurohypo shall act as a large debt financier for corporate real estate transactions. Our focus shall be commercial properties such as offices, retail, logistics and hotels, both in the development and the investment stages.

Eurohypo’s decision to enter the Romanian market was made at the very rightful moment – the economical situation is constantly improving, inflation is at reasonable levels, unemployment is lowering, GDP grows promisingly. In addition, the country has just joined the European Union.

In terms of the real estate market in Romania, this is continuously booming and becoming more mature now, allowing for larger ticket deals which are the focus of our company.

The office shall be led by Fulga Dinu, formerly the Head of the Real Estate division of HVB Bank in Romania.
