Our first real-estate finance transaction took place in 1998. The office in Warsaw was opened in 2000. Our representative office staff are mainly concerned with acquiring new clients and appraising properties.

EUROHYPO AG in Poland is solely involved in financing commercially used properties. The majority of our projects are shopping centres, spread over 31 towns in Poland, or office buildings, mostly in Warsaw. Because of the market situation, the Bank is only slightly involved in logistics property and hotel finance.

The Bank cooperates with foreign investors, local developers and investment funds.
