The office in Copenhagen was opened on April 1, 2004 and covers the so-called Oresund Region, consisting of Denmark and southwestern Sweden.

This region reports higher economic growth than any other individual region in Denmark or Sweden, is tightly knit and sees itself as an economic zone.

This sense has been further reinforced since the construction of the Oresund Bridge.

Although Denmark is a very competitive market for real-estate banks, our international clients welcome our presence there, since this region is definitely on their “shopping list”.

To this end we work with an established client base and focus on structured finance and construction projects. Eurohypo and its predecessors have been operating on the Danish market since the 1990s.

Until recently business relationships were managed by the Nordic team in Frankfurt. The representative office in Copenhagen is now part of our expanded presence in the Nordic markets.
