The London Origination team provide finance for both UK assets and, selectively, pan-European portfolios.
We offer a comprehensive range of real estate services from bi-lateral funding through to interest rate and currency risk management.
Our debt products cover the full spectrum of funding requirements including single asset and portfolio funding, term and revolving loans, development and investment finance, plus acquisition and refinancing lines.
There is a significant focus on professional property investors and our clients include some of the sector’s best known REITS, Private Property companies, Institutions, Real Estate Funds and Private Equity investors. There are no retail clients.
Eurohypo will act as arranger and underwriter of debt facilities.
In the UK we manage a loan book of approximately £16.9 billion (as at December 2009) with commitments of approximately £7.96 billion.
