The German Law on the Enhanced Protection of Investors (AnSVG) and its accompanying revised section 15 a of the German Securities Trading Law (WpHG) came into force on 30 October 2004.

As of this date, all transactions involving the buying of selling of shares in EUROHYPO AG, including related financial instruments, by a person with a director’s role at EUROHYPO AG must be published if the sum total of the transaction exceeds € 5,000.00 within the calendar year.

This obligation also applies to the above transactions if they are carried out by persons closely related to the aforementioned persons with directors’ roles.
