Eurohypo’s in-house communication is aimed at making corporate strategy transparent to the employees and thus to motivate its employees. Like with all our communications generally, all in-house communications are controlled and implemented worldwide.

Personal communication is a priority:

• This includes management conferences and the staff event “dialogue direct”, where, Dr. Frank Pörschke, Chairman of the Board of the Management Board at Eurohypo, meets the employees of a branch office to discuss matters with them.

The Intranet is the basic information platform for all employees group-wide.

• All important news for employees is entered on our RedENet.

• In addition, other forms of in-house communication like e.g. “Insight!-Special” on current issues or employee briefs are published from the management board.

• Last but not least, the staff magazine “Entre nous” is distributed quarterly to all employees and strengthens the sense of identity internally across Eurohypo.

In addition to these institutionalised activities as part of employee communications, Eurohypo also supports the internal exchange of views, for example via so-called meeting points, in –house exhibitions and staff events.
