Eurohypo’s in-house communications are aimed at making corporate strategy transparent to our employees and to enhance identification with the Bank.
As in communications generally, all in-house communications are controlled and implemented worldwide.

Personal communication is a priority:

• This includes management conferences and the staff event “dialog direct”, where Bernd Knobloch, Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors, meets the employees of a branch office to discuss matters with them.

The Intranet is the basic information platform for all employees Group-wide.

• Employees also receive a fortnightly newsletter InSight!

Last but not least, the staff magazine entre nous, is distributed quarterly to all employees, and strengthens the sense of identity internally within Eurohypo.

In addition to the above, Eurohypo also supports the internal exchange of views, for example via meeting points and staff events.
