Real estate

This division of the company includes:

• commercial real estate financing including forms of structured financing both inside and outside Germany,

• international real estate investment banking.

Public Finance

The Public Finance division of the company covers

• conventional public sector lending,

• project and infrastructure financing,

• private public partnership models (PPP models).

We focus on providing individual advice and tailored solutions. We provide our commercial clients with a one-stop shop for complex real estate financing products covering the entire value added chain.

The Treasury division of the company, a part ot the integrated Group Treasury of Commerzbank, covers

• Capital Markets Funding
