Non-union pay system with three aims

The pay model comprises two elements - fixed salary and bonus. These individual components take on a different meaning, depending on the degree of responsibility exercised.

The fixed pay element is the salary. It is intended to safeguard the standard of living of the employee. To provide an incentive and motivation for non-union workers, part of the total pay is variable. Each employee will receive a bonus for achieving annual bank-wide, unit-specific and personal targets. The bonus will be paid once a year.
