All of Eurohypo’s offices operate a flexible working agreement. This enables working time to be organised in a flexible and work-focussed manner.

The specific working procedures and operating hours of the individual units are set according to Eurohypo’s clients. Accessibility is an important quality aspect for Eurohypo.

There is no core time at Eurohypo. Flexible working hours mean that employees can accumulate hours in credit or debit. Flexible working hours start at 7 am and end at 8 pm Monday to Friday.

What is unusual about our working time system is that employees are given full responsibility for setting their working hours in consultation with colleagues and management to ensure that the team is fully operational.
