Remit
Operations Global Markets (OGM) handles the transaction management, documentation and portfolio management for all transactions conducted by Public Finance/Global Markets (PF/GM). OGM is therefore responsible for all follow-on work for Funding and Public Finance.
Core competence
All work flows and processes at OGM are subject to the strict quality standards resulting in particular from statutory requirements (e.g. Pfandbrief Act) and regulations issued by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (e.g Minimum Requirements for Trading Activities – MaH).
OGM focuses on
- strict cost management and efficient transaction management
- ongoing training and qualifications for employees
- flexible responses to changing market conditions
- reliable data warehousing
Service
OGM functions as an in-house adviser and service provider for the customers to be serviced in these divisions
